Helsinki Awards 2006 Ceremony


The Helsinki Awards 2006 ceremony took place on 4th December 2006 at the gala dinner for European ministers resposible for VET in Restaurant Sipulin Helsinki, Finland. Awards were presented by the Finnish Minister of Education and Science Antti Kalliomäki and Commissioner Ján Figel.
